lately my relatives and family have been giving me shit for my body weight which has lead to being stressed which leads to stress eating which leads to low self esteem feelingzzz and its a vicious ugly cycle that is repeated several times a day. its hard enough as it is 2 wake up feeling glam but today i did so fuuuuck yalls body hate ima do me and hold on to this feel for the rest of the day.
